Four Detroit Athletes Represent Team USA in 2024

August 26 – 2024 has been an extraordinary time for DBCC rowing. In a single year, four alumni represented the United States National Team at the CanAmMex International Regatta in Mexico City, The World Rowing Championships in St. Catharine’s, Ontario, and the Olympic Games in Paris.

The World Rowing Championships, an event which combines the para, senior, under-23, and under-19 championships, featured two DBCC athletes. Carly Brown ‘24, who won gold in the U19 8+ and Olivia Bachert ‘23, who earned a silver in the U23 4+.
